Cancellation Policy

This Booking Cancellation Policy applies to all Users of Bivwak’s Services. Capitalized words used but not defined in this Booking Cancellation Policy have the meanings set forth in the Bivwak Terms of Use.

Bivwak Services Cancellation Policy

Bivwak will use one of these cancellation policies (each, a “Policy”) for each Listing on the Bivwak Services. The selected Policy will apply to each Booking made by a Camper through or in connection with such Listing:

• Fully Refund - If a Camper cancels at least 14 calendar days before the check in day listed on the Booking (“Check-In”), the Camper will receive a 100% refund (minus any unrefundable site fees).

• Partial Refund - If a Camper cancels at least 7 calendar days before the check in day listed on the Booking (“Check-In”), the Camper will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund - All other cancellations are non-refundable.

A Camper will be prompted to acknowledge and agree to such Policy, immediately before confirming such Camper’s Booking or Booking Request.
